How Do I Change Or Cancel A flight Booking?

Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some fares cannot be changed.
What Do I Do If I Lose My Ticket
If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please either e-mail us at: sales@destinationstravel.co.nz or telephone 09 373 4033 during the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. If you are telephoning from overseas (0064 9) 373 4033. With E Ticketing this is not normally a problem.
When Will I Receive My Airline Tickets?
International Bookings: Paper tickets will be sent to the address you have provided to your consultant within 7 days of booking and full payment. This will be sent via New Zealand Post Couriers who guarantee next business day delivery.
How Do I Obtain A Refund For A Previously Paid Air Booking?
Please return your unused airline ticket together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking. Don't forget some tickets are non refundable. All refunds will be provided by the airline in accordance with their terms and conditions. Also note, airlines charge cancellation fees that change from fare to fare. Airlines may take up to 12 weeks to process a refund.
